SEN Nanny

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN nanny to provide exceptional care and support to a 4-year-old autistic boy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEN childcare, with a focus on supporting children with communication and social interaction delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing individualized care and support to the child, including toileting, speech and language development, and attention to their unique needs.
• Developing and implementing a personalized care plan to meet the child's needs and goals.
• Collaborating with the child's family and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the child's physical, emotional, and social development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SEN childcare, with a focus on supporting children with autism.
• Strong understanding of autism and its effects on children.
• Ability to provide support with toileting, speech and language development, and attention to the child's unique needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the child's family and healthcare professionals.
• Physical ability to care for an active 4-year-old boy.
