Procurement Role

We are seeking a talented Buyer to join our procurement team at Macfarlane Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business objectives by sourcing and managing our supplier base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of new business and existing suppliers, ensuring high-quality service and best practices are upheld.
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, challenging prices where relevant and ensuring compliance with procurement strategy.
• Coordinating the management and development of the regional supplier base, including benchmarking activities and statistical analysis.
• Upholding procurement strategy, maximising profitability and minimising risk to the Business.
