General Manager Opportunity at Daish's Holidays

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our hotels, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and hotel operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, including cost control and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and meet P&L targets.
  • Assume full responsibility for the running of the hotel, including staff management, customer service, and compliance.
