About the Role

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting for an Equipment Specialist to join our operations team in Badsey, Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to contribute to the smooth running of our equipment and facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in maintaining and improving equipment performance. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and improvement of equipment performance through planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve operational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing (ideally 3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or maintenance (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
