Role Overview


As a Client Support Administrator with Kin Vet Community, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support. This includes ensuring that appointments are made promptly, payment is taken, and that high front-of-house standards are maintained.


Key Responsibilities



  • Appointment Management: Ensure that appointments are made promptly and that practice diaries are filled.
  • Client Communication: Proactively contact clients to rebook missed appointments and follow up on unactioned estimates.
  • Payment and Follow-up: Take payment at the end of every consultation in line with company policy, and book follow-up appointments where necessary.
  • Client Engagement: Develop clients' understanding of the Kin Vet Community Health Care Plan, ensuring high take-up of the product.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure that client details are up to date on all files, including insurance details, emails, contact details, and patients' weights.
  • Compliance and Quality: Drive compliance with managing insurance claims in line with company policy, and ensure that Kin Vet Community Debt and Insurance policies are always followed.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the reception area, greeting clients warmly as they arrive and as they call the clinic.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming practice emails in a warm and timely manner.
