About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to lead our IT department's security efforts at EG Group's Head Office.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and infrastructure, working closely with our leadership team to ensure compliance with industry standards and implement robust security measures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers to manage and implement security measures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Oversee the Security Operations Centre (SOC) function to ensure timely and effective incident response.

Manage and report on security metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and technologies to ensure our security measures remain effective.

Candidate Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 2+ years in management.

Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat mitigation and incident response.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
