Advanced SEN Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Advanced SEN Specialist to join our team at Hillingdon Manor School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored teaching approaches, collaborating with support staff, and contributing to creating a positive learning environment.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver bespoke teaching approaches to meet the unique needs of students
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure each pupil receives necessary support
  • Plan and implement fun and engaging sessions that foster student growth and development
Requirements
  • Proven experience teaching in an SEN setting or extensive experience working with students with complex additional needs
  • UK QTS or QTLS qualification
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor teams
