About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Ambassador to join our team at L'Oréal Luxe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across our prestigious portfolio of luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, building trust and loyalty with our customers.
  • Develop personal connections with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations and education on our products.
  • Immerse customers in memorable and genuine face-to-face store experiences, developing personal connections and building trust.
  • Work closely with your Area Manager to set personal team targets and monitor each team member's performance, building on their capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cosmetics and skincare trends and applications, sharing key benefits and features with customers.
  • Deliver individual consultations, demonstrating empathy and sharing tailored recommendations.
