Site Manager Job Description

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a growing roofing and cladding specialist in Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will oversee multiple contracts, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labour and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with main contractors, clients, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet project requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the design team, project coordinators, and architects to ensure projects meet client expectations
  • Manage company resources, including plant and equipment, to optimize project efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the roofing and cladding industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Knowledge of cladding and roofing systems
  • Valid CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
