About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting members, clients, and visitors, answering incoming calls, and maintaining a secure working environment.

Job Description
  • Provide a professional greeting to all arrivals and maintain a welcoming environment;
  • Answer incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner and retain details of calls for reference;
  • Monitor the security system to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Arrange conference calls and taxis as required;
  • Assist in collating professional development records and plans for barristers.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role with excellent customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
  • Ability to work well in a busy environment, organise tasks, and manage time effectively;
  • High attention to detail, flexibility, enthusiasm, conscientiousness, and reliability;
  • Well-presented, poised, and good problem-solving skills.
