Therapist Role in Adult Social Care

Job Description:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work with adults with disabilities to assess their needs and develop personalized plans for support.
You will also provide expert advice on equipment and home adaptations, ensuring that individuals can live independently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with disabilities
- Develop and implement personalized plans for support
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Significant experience in adult social care
- Strong understanding of Disabled Facilities grant legislation
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience.
