The Job Description
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of care professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
- Ensure the safe and efficient running of the care home
- Maintain high standards of care and service delivery
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current PIN on the NMC register as a Registered Nurse
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a range of benefits including:
