We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Audit team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.
- Identify and assess risks, and develop and implement audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.
- ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent qualification.
- Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Experience of conducting rigorous project and financial management on all projects, completing projects within agreed timescales and raising issues in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
