As a Healthcare Service Driver with phs Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a secure, progressive, and caring business that keeps the UK safe.

The role involves visiting customers' premises in the Ballymena and surrounding area to collect clinical waste and service phs products.

You will return to your allocated depot every day to empty the waste from the vehicle that was collected.

All routes are pre-planned, so you don't need to worry about spending time planning the journey.

There's no heavy lifting or technical work required, making this a great opportunity for those who want a job with a better work-life balance.

As a phs Healthcare Service Driver, you will have your own van, which you can take home, and most of your routes start and finish from your home.

The working week is Monday to Friday, with Saturday overtime available if you want it.

You will have a 40-hour working week with early starts and early finishes, giving you a better work-life balance.

The salary is £24,200 per annum, plus a bonus (OTE £25,200), and you will have additional earning potential through overtime, bonuses, and referrals.

You will also have 23 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, phs Perks, phs Shop, and a 24-hour wellbeing helpline.

Full smart uniform and all protective PPE will be provided, and you will receive full training by a Training and Wellbeing Coordinator who will support you throughout your career.

Essential requirements include a full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points, and meeting the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.

The successful candidate will also need to have vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio, and COVID-19, which will be paid for by phs Group.
