Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Colchester and surrounding areas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people who have varying Special Educational Needs (SEN) requirements. As an SEN Tutor, you will provide personalized learning sessions tailored to each student's needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions to students with SEN.
  • Tailor lessons to meet individual students' needs, interests, and current learning levels.
  • Plan and create resources for each session, ensuring they are relevant and stimulating.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour.
  • A passion for making a positive impact on young people's lives.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
