Job Title: Pre-School Program Lead

Lancashire Wildlife Trust is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pre-School Program Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engaging sessions for pre-school children and their families, promoting learning and community building through interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly sessions for pre-school children and their families
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the needs of young children and their families

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively with children and families. A strong understanding of child development principles and experience working in a similar role is also essential.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
