About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Planner to join our forward-focused Strategy, Insight & Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth strategy and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive fundraising and marketing goals, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive robust, data-driven, and audience-led approaches to marketing decisions and plans.
  • Use data, technology, and insight effectively to drive strategic decisions and maximize marketing impact.

About You

  • You have a proven track record of driving growth and effectiveness in B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of the full marketing cycle.
  • You are an excellent influencer, collaborator, and communicator at all levels, with a natural ability to build and acquire new skills.
  • You are relentless in pursuing outcomes from your work and have a strong sense of purpose and reward in helping others.
