Old Age Consultant Psychiatrist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Old Age Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Older Adults Community Mental Health Team - Central in North East London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide senior medical support and guidance to our team, working directly with older adults and their families, and liaising with other external older adult mental health providers and acute hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
  • Work directly with older adults and their families
  • Liaise with other external older adult mental health providers and acute hospitals
  • Participate in the on-call rota
  • Support your peers and team leader
Requirements:
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
  • CCT or equivalent
  • Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it
  • Approved Clinician status, or eligibility for it
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
