About the Role
- We are looking for someone who can provide high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, implementing and monitoring care plans, and supporting residents with their medication requirements.
- You will also be involved in staff supervisions, supporting staff development, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors.
Requirements
- An NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes
- 2 years' experience working in similar care environments
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- A positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff
- Responsiveness and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities
