Ethics and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales turnover and market share through a consumer-focused approach. Key responsibilities include:
- Reflecting a credible and professional brand image to internal and external consumers.
- Maximising sales through selling, providing excellent service, and maintaining retail standards.
- Contributing to efficiencies by adhering to store, brand, and company procedures.
- Understanding daily and weekly targets.
- Ensuring personal awareness of additional sales avenues, including events, omnichannel, and digital channels.
- Staying up-to-date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.
- Effectively using social media to drive business, protect, and enhance the brand image.
- Delivering the brand strategy, ensuring the delivery of an effective local plan.
- Planning and implementing local marketing and events initiatives, aligned to retailer activity.
- Delivering excellence in service execution, ensuring measures are in place to continually improve service levels and create a zero consumer complaints mindset.
- Being an ambassador for the brand, leading the way to ensure brand values are represented and brought to life.
- Managing refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines, informing the area manager where necessary.
- Using digital tools to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.
- Delivering a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer base.
- Developing up-to-date knowledge of products to deliver an industry-leading experience and meet consumer needs.
Operations
- Planning to ensure excellent standards are maintained at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing).
- Reviewing retail standards daily to ensure they meet the required standard.
- Ensuring deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration are completed within agreed company timeframes.
- Implementing auditable processes and administration in line with company guidelines and taking corrective action in highlighted areas of risk.
- Providing accurate and timely information to requests.
- Minimising stock loss by implementing company security policies and procedures correctly.
- Creating and maintaining a safe working environment for consumers, adhering to company and retailer policies and procedures.
- Ensuring health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve a minimum overall grading of 'Acceptable' during audits.
Commerciality
- Managing daily replenishment and taking appropriate action where necessary.
- Maximising sales performance by utilising commercial reports before making decisions.
- Planning and delivering visual merchandising layouts, ensuring they meet guidelines and are completed within agreed timescales.
- Identifying stock package issues and taking corrective action, informing the area manager when necessary.
- Effectively managing promotions and discounts in line with company guidelines.
- Identifying trends and suggesting enhancements to product performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment.
- Ability to drive self-development.
- Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
