Job Description

**Job Overview**

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist the regional Sales team, RMD and National Marketing Manager in executing the marketing strategy and Community Matters programme, as well as coordinating customer communications, to support the region's business objectives and continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote Gleeson Homes' products and services.
  • Coordinate customer communications, including email and postal mail, to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Support the regional Sales team in executing the marketing strategy and Community Matters programme.
  • Collaborate with other departments in the region to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
