Job Title: Contract Planner

We are seeking an experienced Contract Planner to join our team at Premier Work Support.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Planner/Work Scheduler in a fast-paced office environment, ideally within the Contractor/Housing Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the active dashboard and interactive planner at all times
  • Schedule all work onto PDA's using the correct job lengths and within specified timescales
  • Schedule work to contractors
  • Log and follow up Emergency call out orders
  • Reschedule of Follow-on orders and update the clients
  • Monitor/acknowledge reschedule rejected works from subcontractors
  • Apply for work extensions
  • Update system with relevant notes
  • Monitor orders to ensure completion with specified targets
  • Deal with all telephone planning enquiries
  • Support contract and admin staff

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Planner/Work Scheduler in a fast-paced office environment, ideally within the Contractor/Housing Sector.

Working Hours:

8:00-17:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
