As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at Just Mortgages, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities, and thriving in a challenging yet stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and maintaining client relationships and business
  • Following up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team
  • Generating your own leads and business
  • Working with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for clients
  • Providing exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end

Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising
  • Ability to engage with people from all walks of life and communicate effectively
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain relationships and build trust with clients

What we offer:

  • On-target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • Basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Guaranteed monthly payments while building a pipeline, for up to 6 months
