Joinery Specialist

About the Role:

This Joinery Specialist opportunity is now available with Combined Facilities Management Ltd, operating across Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a skilled trade operative to deliver first-class joinery services. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various joinery tasks, including 1st and 2nd fix work, void and tenanted property maintenance, and collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality joinery services to meet client expectations.
• Perform 1st and 2nd fix duties, including ironmongery repairs, kitchen installation, and door installation.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and adhere to relevant guidelines.
• Work on void and tenanted properties, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to achieve client goals.
• Contribute to maintaining clean and organised work areas.
• Submit relevant documentation electronically or manually.

Requirements:

• Be time served or hold a relevant qualification in joinery, demonstrating extensive experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in delivering joinery services, including 1st and 2nd fix work.
• Hold a valid CSR Card.
• Be prepared for out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis.
• Possess a full driving licence.
• Previous experience in the social housing sector is beneficial.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this Joinery Specialist position is £38,000-£50,000, depending on experience.
