Overview: We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a Construction Skills Technician. This role involves working as an individual craft professional or as part of a multi-skilled team, refurbishing properties and undertaking inspection activities.

Responsibilities: Assess risk and benefits to establish innovative and output-focused solutions. Carry out repairs and maintenance work to a professional standard, with a high level of productivity and minimal supervision.

Requirements: Demonstrable experience of working in the building and trades industry, carrying out repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted properties. Understanding of issues around the delivery of maintenance and refurbishment contracts in a housing repairs environment.

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Benefits: Van and fuel provided, negotiable rate dependent on experience.
