We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our fitness and wellbeing services, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to our fitness and wellbeing teams, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality services to our members.
- Service Development: Develop and implement new fitness and wellbeing programmes, services, and initiatives that meet the needs of our members and drive business growth.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness and wellbeing services, including the management of staff, budgets, and resources.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that our members receive an exceptional customer experience, through the delivery of high-quality services and the provision of excellent customer service.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our fitness and wellbeing teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: A proven track record of managing fitness and wellbeing services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and stakeholders.
