About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing a new and exciting estate with some of the world's most exciting cultural and education organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Manage all H&S compliance of the site, including LOLER inspections and fire risk assessments.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the estate, ensuring a safe and secure environment for occupants and visitors.
  • Service Contract Management: Manage service contracts with providers, ensuring efficient standards and procedures are in place.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of service providers, including KPI reporting and variance analysis.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement a customer experience strategy, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among occupants and visitors.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with landlords, key neighbours, and other stakeholders across the development.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH and IWFM qualified.
  • Experience: Proven experience in estate management, with a strong knowledge of commercial building and estate facilities management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Experience
  • High-Profile Experience: Previous experience of managing high-profile, public spaces with high footfall (above 20,000 per day).
  • Placemaking Experience: Experience of placemaking and space enlivenment.
  • Construction Experience: Experience of construction project handover and snagging.
  • Service Management Experience: Experience of service road, loading bay, and shared waste stream management.
