Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and expectations of this vital role. In addition, you will be entitled to 29 days' holiday, access to an external Employee Assistance Programme, Financial Wellbeing App Wagestream, and other generous benefits outlined below.

Job Description

As an Efficient Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional brand standards and immaculate guest facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of amazing brand standards and ensuring immaculate guest facilities;
  • Being responsible for your own work and taking pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation;
  • Adhering to all health and safety guidelines;
  • Working closely with the Housekeeping department to deliver a seamless system of collection and replacement of linen items;
  • Engaging with guests to promote loyalty and ensure they experience the hotel's renowned high levels of comfort and quality;
  • Maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to provide consistent standards;
  • Multitasking and efficiently solving guest enquiries while displaying a positive attitude and infectious personality.
