The successful candidate will work on a 4 shift on 4 rest day basis, 52 weeks per year, including both day shift and night shift. This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our educational environment.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a security or educational environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
