Stock Control Specialist

Role Overview
As a Stock Control Specialist at Watchfinder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of watches within our boutiques. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the high standards of customer service that Watchfinder is renowned for.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all stock requests and live orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all watches arriving into the boutique are accounted for, processed, and stocked accurately
- Coordinate the movement of watches, dispatching to customers and other Watchfinder boutiques and HQ, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Conduct thorough stock audits to ensure a zero-error rate
- Identify and resolve any problems that may arise in an efficient manner
- Prepare watches for stock transfers to other Watchfinder boutiques
- Maintain the general housekeeping of the stockroom and watches/boxes stored in the back office
- Book in returned watches
Requirements
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- High levels of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Strong administration skills and competent using computer systems
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight time constraints
- Methodical and process-driven in mindset and approach
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
- Positive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
