Your Role:

As a Sous Chef Apprentice, you'll be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating a passion for people, great service, and amazing food
  • Working together with our front of house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and health standards
  • Assisting with food preparation, including deliveries, defrosting, labeling, and storage
  • Safely closing the kitchen and other back of house areas
