About the Role

As a MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a safe and respectful working environment

Requirements
  • Current MOT Testing Licence (No licence? Other opportunities available for Mechanic's & Technician's, contact one of our team on careers@halfords.co.uk for more details)
  • Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points
  • Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT's
