Job Description

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and emotional support to our clients. Your duties will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition
  • Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring health conditions
  • Light housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a care setting
  • Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • Right to work in the UK
