National Highways is seeking a talented Graduate Data Insights Analyst to join its Strategic Planning and Analysis division. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to evaluating the impact of road investments, programmes, and interventions, influencing critical business decisions.

Located in the UK, this role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work with a dynamic team within a large organisation that spends around £5 billion annually to build and improve the strategic road network (SRN).

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to frameworks assessing social value, customer experience, and active travel, creating a positive impact on communities and the environment.
  • Help us connect the country by supporting strategic improvements and delivering smarter, more sustainable infrastructure solutions.

You will have the opportunity to choose any National Highways office location as your base throughout the programme, with flexibility to travel to other sites as needed.

We're looking for individuals who are currently studying in their second year of an undergraduate degree (in any subject) and expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:2. Assessment centres will take place in January and February. All offers are subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, reference, and DBS criminal record checks.
