Administrative Support Role

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Role. This part-time position will provide administrative support across our clinic, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Practice confidentiality and discretion when handling patient and staff information
  • Undertake various clerical duties
  • Work flexibly across Monday to Saturday, with 2 longer flexible days and a Saturday

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment (healthcare, retail, hospitality)
  • Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication, teamwork, and computer literacy skills
