Membership Advisor Role

As a Membership Advisor at Bannatynes, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our membership base. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell memberships through engaging tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members.

You will be responsible for conducting informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits, and ensuring that the club is trained in line with company expectations. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve and exceed membership KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention
  • Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve results
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing members
  • Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and special offers

Requirements:

  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
  • The ability to work to deadlines and be KPI-driven
