Electronic Trading Venue Management

As a key member of the Crédit Agricole Group, you will play a vital role in the management and governance of electronic trading venues. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to all applicable requirements, both internal and external, to trade safely on trading venues and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Trader Setup: Ensure traders are properly set up on trading venues, including annual internal recertification and reviews, as well as processes related to Personal Identifiable Information.
  • Counterparty Management: Manage the counterparty base onto trading venues to minimize settlement risk, implementing the proper framework with CLD and CPL/FS.
  • eTAP Template Management: Own the eTAP template for new platforms, as well as the related platform onboarding policy, and maintain them up-to-date in partnership with the second line of defense.
  • Trading Venue Requirements: Coordinate the implementation of requirements defined by trading venues, especially in their rulebooks or contracts with CACIB, in partnership with relevant teams within the bank.
  • Information Institutionalization: Institutionalize the information and knowledge on electronic platforms, targeting the use of a database, and ensure auditability and business continuity.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist in any ad hoc projects linked to the management of trading venues, including business development and control framework.
SPECIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to gather stakeholders and coordinate projects to abide by requirements on a timely basis.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Prior experience in global markets and awareness of the relevant regulatory environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
