Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Contribute to the development of our care home team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to improve the quality of care we provide.

Requirements:
- A valid NMC PIN and a commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC.
