**Job Summary**

The CAR-T Clinical Fellow position at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding department of malignant haematology. As part of our T-cell Immunotherapy service, you will be involved in the delivery of licensed CAR-T cell products, academic and commercial CAR-T trial portfolios, and a range of TCR-transduced T-cell and Tumour Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) therapies for solid tumours.

In this role, you will provide outpatient management for patients receiving CAR-T therapy, liaise with clinical trials teams, and coordinate work-up and care of patients scheduled for CAR-T and other T-cell therapies. You will also review patients who attend on an emergency basis to the haematology day unit, interact with lab teams processing translational patient samples, and interface with academic trials manufacturing teams.

We are seeking an individual with a medical degree, membership of the Royal College of Physicians, and specialist register at time of appointment. The ideal candidate will have completed core medical training, possess significant experience in managing CAR-T patients, and published research in CAR-T or related fields. Experience in teaching, clinical audit, and laboratory research is also desirable.
