Job Title: Enterprise Project Coordinator

Company Overview: ZipRecruiter is a leading online recruitment platform seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in launching and growing our new recruitment agency.

About the Role: As an Enterprise Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Your strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively will enable you to handle complex project timelines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and set up operational infrastructure, technology setup, and recruitment processes for the new agency.
  • Develop and establish brand identity, including market positioning, value proposition, and marketing strategies to attract clients and candidates.

Team Building:

  • Hire, onboard, and mentor initial team members, including recruitment consultants, account managers, and support staff.
  • Develop training programs to equip staff with necessary tools, knowledge, and skills.

Client & Candidate Acquisition:

  • Build strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
  • Implement best-in-class recruitment processes to ensure seamless experience for clients and candidates.

Process Optimization:

  • Utilize data analytics and technology to optimize recruitment processes and increase agency efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

Project & Financial Management:

  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution of business milestones.
  • Ensure agency operates within budgetary constraints while delivering against performance goals.
  • Report on progress to senior management and provide insights into areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in setting up and scaling a recruitment agency or entrepreneurial role within recruitment or HR industry.
  • Strong background in project management with demonstrable success in launching and growing new business ventures.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools, preferably with experience using platforms like Insignia or similar.
  • Previous experience in managing or mentoring teams within recruitment environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, with ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and digital tools, particularly those focused on AI or automation.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
