We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Trainer to join our Exeter office on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT training across our 4 offices, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and IT Project Manager to ensure project and product training is produced and delivered as required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with various departments and individuals throughout the firm to establish training requirements and identify areas of training where further development is needed.
- Designing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of our employees, including induction training and ongoing professional development.
- Working with the Learning and Development Assistant in the HR department to build additional training requirements into the training program.
- Reviewing and amending the content of the induction training to reflect any changes required.
- Attending each of our offices roughly once a month, which may require overnight stays.
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for building effective working relationships across all levels. You will possess a positive, can-do attitude and be able to facilitate flexible working arrangements, including extra annual leave for your birthday and the option to buy more holiday.
