SAP S/4 Hana Finance Transformation Project Manager

MAPP is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Hana Finance Transformation Project Manager to join our team in Bracknell. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering the Finance components of our transformation project, working closely with various service integration partners and IS project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects in the Finance Portfolio from a finance business perspective, ensuring successful delivery of business benefits to the company.
  • Support non-finance projects through the management of finance team resources, utilizing the SAP S/4 Hana platform and other technologies as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with SAP project best practices and global business standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional communication and presentation skills, establishing credibility with business leaders and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Professional certifications in project or programme management (such as MSP, PMP or PRINCE2).
  • Experience of delivering multiple end-to-end projects, preferably based on the SAP S/4 Hana platform.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to the organization's processes (OTC, RTR, P2P, TCM, Manufacturing and Logistics etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude and open to change.
  • Skills in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in SAP projects.
