About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Shared Services Partnership team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the St Quintin Centre for Disabled Children, leading and managing a team of workers who deliver our services. Your key responsibilities will include managing calendar bookings and the facilities, supporting team meetings and activities, and overseeing Health and Safety issues relating to the running of the buildings.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all Ofsted regulations are adhered to, working on fund raising and bid writing for the centre, and promoting our activities via social media. Additionally, you will be expected to process and monitor the centre's budget, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure that all systems are managed in accordance with the Council's financial regulations.

We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, charismatic, and creative, with a qualification in childcare or administration (or working towards one). You will have experience of working with partners in CWD, Health and Play, and alongside children and families with a SEND child. You will also have the ability to manage budgets and produce spreadsheets with costings, and possess good IT and internet skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and clip art.
