Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Henry Schein Dental Recruitment. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and dental care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and dental care professionals, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the front desk operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients and communication between departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, dental care professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dental care professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
