About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to lead a Barts Charity funded project focused on applying machine learning methods to heart and brain image-derived phenotypes. The goal is to develop models of biological aging in UK Biobank participants, examining the role of environmental exposures in driving accelerated aging and poorer health.
About You
The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in a computational subject and have experience with statistical and machine learning methods applied to large datasets. A strong background in epidemiology and population health research is also desirable.

The Centre for Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging at Queen Mary University of London is a clinical-academic Centre closely linked to the Department of Imaging at Barts Heart Centre and Barts Health NHS Trust.
