About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech and Language Support Professional to join our team at a large all-through school in Havering.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to develop their skills in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide targeted interventions tailored to individual Speech and Language needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support.
  • Support students inside and outside of class to drive progress and development.
  • Collaborate with SEN specialists to ensure effective support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 Speech and Language/Linguistics Degree from a leading UK university.
  • Previous experience supporting children, particularly with Speech and Language needs.
  • Strong communication and confident behaviour management skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with SEND and supporting student progress.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £95 per day via PAYE, as well as opportunities for CPD and professional growth.
