About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Megan's - South West London. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks with a focus on presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and equipment.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
