Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist - Fire Safety Industry to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have experience working with fire alarm systems and possess excellent technical skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an office-based role, processing quotes and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process quotes for clients
• Complete data entry, filing, and maintain records of quotes, contracts, and documentation
• Offer technical support via phone or email, resolving customer issues
• Assist with planning by gathering technical information from site reports

Requirements:
• Previous administration experience, preferably in the fire safety industry
• Understand fire alarm systems
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages

Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,000-£37,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client offers a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
