Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Surveyor to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of environmental regulations and be able to conduct a wide range of surveys, including Asbestos Surveys.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across Commercial, Industrial and Local Authority sectors and be well-versed in producing detailed, bespoke survey reports for Clients. They will also be able to conduct the full range of Asbestos Surveys, including Demolition, Refurbishment and Management surveys, safely sampling suspected ACMs from sites.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with our administrative and operations teams to successfully deliver services to Clients, upholding our strong reputation with them. The role involves travelling as per company needs, so a full driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Asbestos Surveys, including Demolition, Refurbishment and Management
  • Safely sampling suspected ACMs from sites
  • Producing detailed survey reports for Clients
  • Working closely with the administrative and operations teams

Requirements:
  • Experienced Environmental Surveyor
  • Qualified with BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent)
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations

Estimated Salary: £40k - £60k + Training & Benefits

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
