  • Plan and monitor service delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update records of customer feedback.
  • Update financial records upon receipt of funds, ensuring accurate alignment between cash-in and spreadsheets.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, systems, and databases to accurately track information for import and export shipments.
  • Offer flexible support across various business functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Confident user of MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to speak confidently on the phone and work well with others.
  • Prior experience working within Freight Forwarding would be desirable but not essential.
  • Desire to learn and build a career within a busy environment.
